Job Description:
- Field Marketing & Event Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute localized community events, merchant gatherings, and pop‑up activations to drive mass awareness and trust in the Mitra Shopee app.
- Field Sales & User Acquisition:



Own the ultimate gross acquisition and active user targets for your assigned territory. Drive the conversion funnel from initial app download to first‑time and recurring transactions.
- Business Development & Area Management: Map and analyze assigned geographical territories to identify high‑density merchant clusters. Develop localized strategic partnerships with neighborhood leaders, wholesalers, and local trade communities.
- Team Leadership & Canvassing Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing team of field sales representatives (canvassers), optimizing their pitch strategies via offline events & engagements.
- Data‑Driven Optimization: Monitor sales KPIs and event ROI, adjusting marketing tactics and field sales approaches based on localized market performance and competitor insights.
