About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Socio-Environmental Specialist to join our Socio-Environmental team. This role is adecuado for an experienced professional who can provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and project management expertise across environmental and social consulting projects in the mining, energy, hydrocarbons, and infrastructure sectors.

As a senior technical leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage complex socio-environmental projects from initiation through completion, and ensure deliverables meet the highest technical, regulatory, and quality standards. You will also play a key role in business development, client engagement, mentoring junior professionals,



and supporting KCB's continued growth across Latin America and internationally.

This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To
- Lead and manage socio-environmental projects for mining, energy, and infrastructure clients.
- Oversee the preparation and review of environmental studies, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships, present technical results, and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior professionals and contribute to the growth of KCB's socio-environmental practice.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
- A degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
- Professional Perú Engineering Registration (CIP)
- More than 10 years of experience in environmental
