It’s time to join Western Union as a Junior Controller.Role Responsibilities:Financial Reporting* Support preparation of management reports and financial analysis.* Monitor balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.* Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).* Assist in maintaining effective internal controls.* Support external and internal audits. Budgeting & Financial Analysis* Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.* Analyze budget variances.* Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting.* Prepare financial analysis for management decision-making. Compliance* Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.* Support statutory reporting requirements.* Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.



Tax Responsibilities* Prepare and review monthly tax calculations.* Assist with filing and payment of Indonesian taxes, including VAT (PPN), Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), Withholding Taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 26 as applicable)* Ensure timely submission of tax returns.* Maintain tax documentation and supporting schedules.* Coordinate with external tax consultants and tax authorities when necessary.* Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and assess their impact on the business.* Support tax audits and respond to tax authority requests.* undefined Role Requirements:* 2–5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance.* Experience with Indonesian tax compliance is required.* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.* Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK accounting standards, General accounting principles and financial reporting.* Experience with ERP syste
