We work closely with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and hospitality groups, providing bathroom solutions ranging from taps, showers and toilets to basins, bathtubs and accessories.

Ahti is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across Indonesia.

This is a senior,



hands-on commercial role responsible for managing our sales team, building a disciplined sales organisation, improving sales performance and developing Ahti's presence across the Indonesian market.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and will have responsibility for the overall performance of the Indonesian sales function.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Ahti's sales team across Indonesia
- Take ownership of national sales performance and revenue targets
- Manage, coach and develop Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists and Account Management functions
- Establish clear KPIs, targets and sales-management routines
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting
- Improve sales processes from lead generation through meetings, quotations, closing and account development
- Review individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Build a strong culture of acco
