We're looking for people who love being challenged and are excited by the idea of growing Merchant Organization.



You will report to National KAM GrabFood, Manager, and will work fully on-site in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Be the primary contact for merchants, engaging them to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions that build mutual business growth.
- Design and implement compelling co-marketing campaigns in partnership with merchants to deliver value to customers and enhance partner revenue streams.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze partner performance, forecast Return on investment, and provide actionable insights on main metrics to increase basket size and customer loyalty.
- Be the internal advocate for merchant success, collaborating with Strategy, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide a seamless and the best partner experience.
