Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Executive role based in Lima. The Commercial Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and following up on commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and negotiations. The role also involves market research, monitoring competitors, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management. The Commercial Executive collaborates across departments to optimize pricing, improve customer satisfaction, and support the development of commercial strategies.

- Strong skills in sales, account management, and business development to drive commercial growth.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, prepare commercial proposals, and support pricing strategies.
- Experience in customer service, negotiation, and contract management to maintain long-term client partnerships.




- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) to manage commercial data and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present commercial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing commercial priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in commercial, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a services-based or maritime/logistics environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Lima and availability for occasional client visits or external meetings as needed.
