Job Description
Purpose of Job:

Managing products, market penetration and business expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage products assigned which include sales forecast, stocks planning, marketing strategies and communication with principals.
- Provide support to the sales team through joint visits to the laboratories, provide internal product training and other forms of knowledge support.
- Work closely with Regulatory Team to ensure new products are being registered on timely basis.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Develop, plan and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
- Manage overall project sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
- Targeting new sales, creating new accounts, and exploiting new business opportunities for major market segments as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.




- Negotiate contracts and terms with principal to obtain accurate pricing and technical support.
- Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in assigned area of coverage, giving effective product presentation.
- Follow up and work closely with sales team members to monitor sales prospects.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Requirements
- Strong product and technical knowledge in Clinical Microbiology.
- Product management, sales forecasting and stock planning.
- Sales and business development, including prospecting and opportunity management.
- Marketing planning, campaigns and market penetration strategies.
