As Market Development Manager Lead, you will shape strategic commercial partnerships across Indonesia's aesthetic sector and lead a team to grow this business nationwide. You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from scouting and evaluation to negotiation, contracting and delivery—and turn opportunities into lasting value. Your work will help redefine how patients access innovative treatments, connecting Novo's portfolio goals with real growth on the ground, today.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives on building partnerships that create lasting impact. You will bring:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science/Pharmacy or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the aesthetic business, with a solid, established network in the aesthetic field.
- Proven ability in area management, KOL management, project management, business case development and business negotiation.
- Experience working with healthcare decision-makers and managing working processes within a corridor of compliance.
- Strong analytical,



communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel and develop the area across Indonesia in collaboration with multi-functional teams.
