Jobs Description
- Manage customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
- Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and supporting documents in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve customs-related issues, discrepancies, and delays.
- Ensure all customs procedures, declarations, and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on customs procedures, required documentation, duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of customs documents, transactions, and communications.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with customs authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other customs-related duties assigned by management.
Jobs Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in customs brokerage or customs clearance management within a logistics or freight forwarding company
- Valid Customs Brokerage Services Management certification or customs broker certification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations
- Established working relationships and a professional network with Indonesian customs authorities
- THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
