Job Description
- Handle enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquiries are replied.
- Giving recommendations for alternative hotels/villas to our customers.
- Checking availability, follow up confirmation, amendments or cancellation.
- Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, villas, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients requirement.
- Input reservation data and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation report/system.
- Review and control daily activity in the reservation team.

Requirements
- Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
- Min. 1 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.
