This role fills the gap created by the transfer of the Digital Enablement function from the Chief Marketing & Client Officer to the IT & Digital function, and acts as the primary product voice bridging business needs with technology delivery.Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)* Product management fundamentals: road mapping, backlog management, user story writing, prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW)* Digital product lifecycle management in financial services or insurance context* Agile/Scrum methodology; ability to work in sprint-based delivery environments* Understanding of digital distribution channels: agency portals, bancassurance platforms, mobile apps* Stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technology teams* Basic UX principles; ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent* Data literacy: ability to define metrics, interpre
