Participate in applicable risk assessments and hazard reviews and steward actions to closure.* Lead or provide discipline expertise to incident investigations and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA),
including immediate-cause analysis where required. Convert findings into sustainable corrective actions.* Own or support discipline equipment strategies. Use operating history, condition monitoring, failure data and reliability insights to develop, verify and optimize maintenance tasks, intervals and SAP PM build.* Identify bad actors, vulnerabilities, obsolescence and single-point failures and develop prioritized defect-elimination and life-cycle solutions.* Provide technical assurance for Management of Change, brownfield modifications, equipment replacement and project deliverables.
