Job Description:
- Act as a strategic and data-driven partner to Sales teams and management by providing reliable analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end sales and business datahandling, including raw data processing, data cleansing, validation, structuring, and maintenance of data accuracy.
- Perform business and sales performance analysis by monitoring key metrics such as revenue, GMV, conversion rate, sales funnel performance, and team productivity.
- Develop simple to intermediate data models to support forecasting, performance tracking, and evaluation of business initiatives.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (tables, charts, graphs) that clearly communicate performance and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Identify key issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through structured analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Design, implement, and monitor KPIs, sales policies, and incentive schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regional BD, BI, Product, and Management to support strategic initiatives.
