- Manage and lead all warehouses branch leaders to ensure the level of stock accuracy.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability through proper inventory control, monitoring, and regular stock reconciliation.
- Optimize warehouse space and capacity to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs to ensure standardized and effective operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance and KPI achievement, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and service levels.
- Manage 3PL and warehouse service providers, including performance monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and improvement.
- Coordinate warehouse and delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, and non-good-set inventory and coordinate appropriate liquidation or corrective action.
- Lead cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives, including vendor negotiation, process restructuring, and operational efficiency projects.




- Manage warehouse budgets and operational expenditures while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, including internal employees and third-party workers.
- Utilize SAP, WMS, TMS, and logistics data to improve inventory visibility, operational control, reporting, and management decision-making.
- Analyze all branch warehouses problem by finding root causes and propose problem solving alternative to management and lead the teams to solve the problem.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management and 3–5 years of managerial experience.
