Jobs Description
- Conduct pre-move surveys at customers' residences, assess shipment volumes, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Lead export and import moving operations by explaining procedures to customers, providing assistance, and directing crew members.
- Perform light operational duties, including packing and wrapping customers' belongings.
- Conduct sales activities for international moves, domestic moves, and office relocations.
- Respond to inquiries from offices in Japan and other countries through email and other communication channels.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers through WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
- Prepare and verify documents for import and export customs clearance and advise customers regarding required documentation.
- Resolve irregular cases involving customs clearance or damage to customers' belongings.
- Manage moving schedules, issue invoices,



and enter relevant data into the accounting system.
- Travel within Indonesia and perform other duties related to international and domestic moving services as required.

Jobs Requirements
- Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency, equivalent to JLPT N2; communicative-level English proficiency.
- Experience: Experience communicating appropriately with Japanese customers in Japanese is preferred.
- Versátil in handling customer service, site visits, on-site operations, and domestic business travel as required.
- Motivated to learn international and domestic moving operations.
- Able to manage basic email correspondence.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to undertake domestic business travel when required.
- Driver Licence: Not required.
- Bonus or commission based on company and individual performance.
