- Develop and lead execution of the brand and media partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and long-term positioning.
- Set organization level goals, deliverables, and performance metrics for the partnership function, aligning direction with the Business Strategy team to ensure consistency with broader company targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with industry stakeholders prioritizing initiatives with the clearest strategic and revenue impact.
- Act as the primary point of coordination with internal stakeholder teams to embed partnerships into broader campaigns and business initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations with partners and media outlets, securing favorable terms while ensuring mutual and lasting benefit, compliance with internal policy and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and ROI, using insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategy.
- Support budget planning and allocation for partnership activities, ensuring resources are directed toward the highest-impact opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading commercial partnerships, business development, account management, media sales, sponsorship, or a related role.
- Proven experience in partner acquisition, account growth, proposal development, negotiation, and commercial deal closure.
- Strong understanding of digital media, social media, communities, creator networks, events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
