Job DescriptionObjective / Purpose:The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering medium to largescale capital construction projects in support of BioLife Plasma Services growth plans acrossIndonesia. This role manages the full project lifecycle, from site selection and due diligence throughconstruction, commissioning, turnover, and facility support, ensuring projects are delivered safely, onschedule, within budget, and in compliance with Takeda standards and local regulations.The role partners closely with Global Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS,Procurement, Legal, IT, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution while drivingcontinuous improvement and operational excellence. The position will also support the development offacility management processes to ensure sustainable operation and maintenance of completedfacilities.As the foundational construction leader supporting BioLife’s entry into the Indonesian market, this rolewill establish local construction standards, processes, governance,



and vendor relationships that canbe leveraged and scaled for future expansion. The role will support the broader market expansionstrategy by developing a repeatable model for future site development across Indonesia.Accountabilities:• Lead and manage capital construction projects of varying size and complexity usingstandardized project management methodologies.• Direct all phases of project execution, including planning, design, permitting, procurement,construction, commissioning, handover, and closeout.• Collaborate with General Real Estate and internal stakeholders on site selection, due diligenceactivities, and development opportunities.• Manage external project management firms, architects, engineering consultants, contractors,and vendors to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safetyrequirements.• Ensure capital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to
