Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Distribution communication, engagement, and strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Translate business objectives into impactful communication plans, campaigns, content, and engagement programs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, agent engagement, and initiative outcomes.
- Drive execution with a high degree of ownership, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with intended business objectives.

Leadership Communication & Enablement
- Partner with Distribution leaders and senior management to strengthen leadership visibility, communication effectiveness, and engagement across the organization.
- Develop and execute leadership communication initiatives including management video messages, executive interviews, podcasts, townhalls, and strategic storytelling programs.
- Lead end-to-end production of leadership communication assets, from content strategy and messaging development to recording and deployment.




- Advise leaders on communication approaches, messaging, and personal branding opportunities that strengthen credibility, influence, and audience connection.
- Leverage leadership voices to support key business priorities, product launches, recruitment initiatives, digital adoption, and organizational transformation.

Campaign Development & Agent Engagement
- Design and execute communication and engagement campaigns supporting strategic Distribution priorities, including recruitment, productivity, recognition, digital adoption, and High Net Worth (HNW) initiatives.
- Develop communication concepts, messaging frameworks, and content strategies that influence desired audience behaviors and business outcomes.
- Ensure campaigns are translated into measurable actions, engagement, and adoption among target audiences.
- Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements to maximize impact.
