You will gain hands-on experience in 3D plant design, mechanical drafting, and multidisciplinary project delivery while developing your technical and professional skills through mentoring and structured learning.This role is based in Beca's Jakarta office. ## Responsibilities* Assist with the development of 3D mechanical and piping models using AutoCAD Plant 3D.* Prepare and update 2D drawings, layouts, sections,



and details under supervision.* Support the development of piping and equipment arrangements.* Assist with the extraction of reports, material take-offs (MTOs), line lists, and drawing deliverables from project models.* Develop an understanding of P&IDs;, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and engineering specifications.* Coordinate closely with engineers and designers across Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand.* Participate in model reviews, design coordination meetings, and interdisciplinary workshops.* Assist with maintaining project documentation and drawing registers.* Support clash detection and model quality checks.* Learn and apply Beca's engineering, drafting, and quality management procedures.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools.* Develop understanding of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and industrial facility layouts. ## About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:* Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engi
