Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Salesforce requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand testing scope and objectives.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering functional requirements and edge cases.
- Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable information to development teams.
- Perform regression and impact testing after system changes to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, and Salesforce data models.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Framework, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, and sharing models.
- Salesforce-related QA or testing certifications.
