As part of the continued growth of ERM's Capital Project Delivery business in Peru, and our position as a global leader in sustainability consulting, ERM is seeking an experienced leader to join our consulting practice as a Partner, Capital Project Delivery Leader, based in Peru. This is a Partner-level opportunity with equity ownership for a Principal, Director, or Vice President-level professional looking to further their career in a highly visible, business-critical role with significant growth potential.
The idóneo candidate will have an established network and strong industry relationships across Peru, combined with extensive experience supporting the development, permitting, delivery, and operation of complex capital projects. We are seeking a leader who will drive the growth and market position of ERM's Capital Project Delivery service line in Peru by delivering world-class services, developing strategic client relationships, building high-performing teams, and advancing ERM's reputation as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.
