Rresponsibilities
- Serve as Binance's general product legal lead, providing regulatory and legal guidance across the full product lifecycle — from ideation through launch to ongoing operations
- Advise product teams on regulatory implications of new features, product enhancements, and market expansions across jurisdictions
- Lead the assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across Binance's product suite,



including spot and derivatives trading, payments, digital assets, and emerging verticals
- Partner directly with product managers, engineers, compliance, risk, and BD to embed legal and regulatory considerations into product development processes
- Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks and controls that support growth across diverse regulatory environments
- Act as a key decision-maker in product governance forums, balancing regulatory compliance with business objectives and user needs
- Lead engagement with regulators and external counsel on product-related matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Stay ahead of global regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance for product and business teams
- Conduct cross-functional workshops and training to elevate regulatory awareness across the organization
