Role Description

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of designated translation and localization projects within the OR hub. This team member will bridge the gap between our clients and our linguists, ensuring that every project meets our quality standards, is delivered on time, and stays within the target profit margins. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities




- Overseeing daily production queues and assigning resources based on capacity, expertise, and timeline requirements.
- Monitoring project timelines from initial project assignment to final TEP (Translation, Editing, and Proofreading) and ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Ensuring full adherence to client guidelines and quality standards.
- Carefully reviewing projects before delivery to ensure all responsible parties have fully complied with the expected quality of work. Assigning correction tasks within the team when needed.
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager on critical metrics to ensure process optimization and KPI tracking.
- Occasionally meeting with clients to introduce our work, clear doubts, accurately understand their needs, and establish a solid link among parties.
