Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an UI/UX Designer. This resource will be working Remotely as per Philippines Time zone.

Scope of Work
- Conduct user research and gather insights through usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design responsive web and mobile app experiences across relevant devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns.
- Work with project stakeholders to align designs with project objectives.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and specifications.
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and the overall user experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive, adaptable, and consistent across web and mobile platforms.

Detailed Tasks/Expected Output

User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough user research to understand the end-users' needs, preferences, and pain points across web and mobile contexts
- Analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping:




- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to communicate design concepts.
- Create mobile-first and responsive prototypes where applicable.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests.

UI/UX Design:
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to ADB’s branding and design guidelines.
- Design intuitive and visually consistent web and mobile interfaces.
- Apply platform-appropriate mobile design patterns while maintaining a cohesive cross-platform experience.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and other stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals.
- Present designs and prototypes for stakeholder review and approval.

Usability Testing & Feedback Integration:
- Conduct usability testing on the designs and prototypes to identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate feedback to ref
