As a Senior Client Operations Officer, you will be responsible to manage and control the operational implementation of the various transactions and services on behalf of clients.
Working hours: 1:00PM – 10:00PM (Malaysia time)
What will you do?
Within the perimeter assigned to him/her and depending on the specific constraints and organization of each unit of assignment (cut-offs, processing deadlines, etc.), the Senior Client Operations Officer may perform the following tasks:
Processing of client operations according to procedures
- Receive instructions and ensure their transcription or execution in the working tools in accordance with procedures in force.
- File the instructions received and manage archives/folders.
- Record and/or post operations to client accounts.
