Get to Know the Role
As an Analytics Assistant Manager, you will maintain data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure reports are accurate and reliable. You will also manage core Rental data tables and create new datasets when needed.
Working with Planning and Operations, you will provide data support and turn business needs into practical solutions. You will report to the Planning & Analytics Manager. This is an onsite role based in Jakarta
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Maintain core Rental data tables to ensure all downstream reporting and datasets are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Monitor automated data pipelines, fix pipeline errors, execute manual overrides when needed, and proactively automate manual workflows.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and custom datasets that translate raw data into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Serve as the main point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations, converting complex business questions into actionable solutions.
- Continuously optimize pipeline performance while keeping data consistent, accurate, and secure across all deliverables.
