Key Responsibilities
- Customize and develop ERPNext (Frappe) modules based on manufacturing business requirements.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python for system integration, AI model inference, and ERP synchronization.
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.
- Design, develop, train, deploy, and maintain AI/Machine Learning models for quality inspection, production forecasting, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization.
- Develop ETL pipelines, perform data preprocessing, and automate data integration from ERP systems, IoT devices, and production machines.
- Deploy applications using Docker and implement AI inference services using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application security, scalability, monitoring, and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- Min D3 or Bachelor's Degree (S1)



in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ERP Developer, or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with ERPNext/Frappe, including DocType customization, Server Scripts, Custom Apps, and REST API integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiar with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Good understanding of relational databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, version control, and basic CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
- Must have Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
