The Role

The Program Director oversees the implementation of development programs in Asia Pacific,



ensuring effective management of contractual and financial performance and risk to support strong outcomes and contribute to DT Global’s performance and growth. They build strong client relationships to understand goals, facilitate program adaptability and ensure deliverables meet expectations. They ensure that program teams have the skills, experience and tools they need to deliver program outcomes. By aligning decisions with strategic priorities, addressing challenges proactively, and driving continuous improvement, they lead teams to enhance program quality and outcomes.
