Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and application components using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Develop business logic, validations, database operations, and API integrations.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect fixing.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications, databases, and other systems.
- Maintain code quality and follow coding and API standards.
- Collaborate with BPA, QA, Frontend, and development teams throughout development and testing.
- Middle: Perform code reviews, performance optimization, and provide technical guidance to Junior Developers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Junior: 1-2 years experience
Middle: 3-4 years experience
- Proficient in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Good understanding of OOP, REST API, SQL, and relational databases.
- Familiar with Git, unit testing, authentication, validation, and error handling.
- Middle: Familiar with CI/CD, code review, API security, and microservices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
