Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self‑motivated Associate Construction Specialist (who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Panama.

Mission
Support the Senior Technological Site Supervisor / Senior Civil Site Supervisor in ensuring compliance with the execution on time and quality of the Project deliverables (linked to the specific scope of the technology) in the HSE conditions stipulated by current legislation and standards of HITACHI. Support in the Management of / Manage the suppliers linked to the specific scope, identifying risks and opportunities early.
Accountabilities
- Support / Ensure the issuance, on time, of the specific documentation related to the scope of the technologies (Construction): Responsibility Matrix, Work Plan, Interface Matrix, Specific Procedures, Specific Protocols, Risk Analysis, HandOver and others related. Deliverables must comply with the requirements of the category and project.
- Support / Ensure detailed monitoring of scope predecessors, in order to early report deviations or potential deviations from meeting objectives.
