To act as a client-dedicated focal point, coordinating and managing all aspects of client operations from initial planning stage through to post-job completion. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, assigning and managing Tool Specialists, ensuring service quality, operational readiness, compliance, and continuous development of the operations team.

The role may also be required to perform field assignments, including offshore and onshore operations, to support business and client requirements. The incumbent is expected to maintain the necessary medical fitness, certifications, and training requirements to remain deployable as field personnel when required.

Job requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Slick line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing Experience
- Proven experience in down hole tools and intervention equipment
- Experience interacting with clients and participating in client meetings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand,



and high-risk environment.
- Capable of making sound decisions independently in dynamic and evolving situations.
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to meet offshore medical fitness requirements as determined by approved medical practitioners.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing and able to travel throughout the APAC region as required.
- Experienced use of MS Office software
