We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Ultra team in Indonesia. The role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key clients, while driving campaign success, client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

The idóneo candidate should have strong experience in digital advertising / AdTech, a good understanding of performance marketing and programmatic advertising, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key accounts in Indonesia.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Understand client objectives, campaign requirements, and business challenges and translate them into effective advertising solutions.
- Drive end-to-end campaign coordination, from campaign setup and launch through optimization, reporting, and closure.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.




- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, business reviews, and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Account Management, Product, Data, and Technology teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and increased client engagement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Understand the Indonesian digital advertising ecosystem, market trends, and evolving client needs.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to client retention and overall business growth for the Ultra business.
