Regional HR Interim Manager - LATAM & Brazil (5-Month Maternity Cover)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Interim Manager to provide leadership and strategic support during a 5-month maternity leave period for the HR Director. This role will oversee and guide Human Resources teams across Peru, Mexico, Brazil, and Ecuador, ensuring operational continuity, execution of key HR initiatives, and alignment with corporate priorities.

The successful candidate will partner closely with country HR teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders to drive HR processes, support ongoing projects, identify operational improvement opportunities, and implement corporate requirements across the region. This position requires strong multicultural leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to HR teams across Peru, Mexico,



Brazil, and Ecuador.
- Ensure the effective execution and continuity of HR operations, policies, and programs throughout the region.
- Lead and monitor ongoing HR projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and country HR teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Drive the implementation of integral and corporate HR initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment across all countries.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among country HR teams, promoting best practices and consistency.
