and general site information.* Conduct routine inspections of front-of-house and workplace areas to ensure readiness and service quality.* Ensure reception coverage is maintained during operational hours.Visitor Management & Security* Manage visitor registration, check-in, and check-out processes through the Visitor Management System (VMS).* Issue visitor and temporary badges in accordance with company security procedures.* Coordinate visitor arrivals with employee hosts and ensure all visitors are properly escorted while onsite.* Support badge verification and access control procedures to maintain workplace security standards.* Escalate security concerns, suspicious activities, unattended items, or emergency situations to the appropriate security teams immediately.* Follow all workplace safety, emergency response, and security protocols.Customer Experience & Hospitality* Deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive workplace and visitor
