Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will act as the primary marketing representative for Motorola in Peru, leading the local marketing agenda and ensuring alignment between brand priorities and business objectives.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in a small, dynamic team environment. The position will be responsible for brand positioning, sell-out initiatives, channel and customer relationships, budget governance, and the management of internal and external resources. The role currently includes responsibility for one direct report and coordination with external agencies.
