- Assist the Head of Building Maintenance & Repair in supervising, implementing, maintaining, and repairing safety equipment to ensure visitor safety and security.
- Implement a daily maintenance program for fire safety equipment (hydrants, sprinklers, fire detectors, jockey pumps, health and safety facilities).
- Plan and facilitate training on safety systems and the use of building facilities.
- Conduct daily checks of the building's fire equipment.
- Monitor the availability of safety equipment in the food court area (cylinders, gas stoves, faucets, etc.).
- Ensure there are no potential hazards during and after operating hours.
- Handle first aid (P3K) in the area and monitor the availability of necessary medications.

Job Qualifications:




- Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety/HSE Supervisor in a Building Management Unit
- Experience leading a safety team/managing the safety department within a Building Management Unit.
- Understanding and mastery of building safety systems and equipment.
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety procedures in building operations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Willing to be stationed at Mall Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
