Funciones:
- Development of learning methodologies and creation of different types of content for training: presentations, dynamics, virtual courses, evaluation.
- Development of product content and soft skills to the entire internal sales force team nationwide.
- Ensure the planning needs and training customization for training according to demand.
- Evaluation of the training impact based on sales results and adequacy of reinforcement plans.
- Develop, manage and implement training plan for internal sales force and external sales force teams for Division strategy.
- Coordinate and work closely with Product Management Team and HQ to ensure implementation of training plan.
- Establish and monitor training plan, deployment, learning and accomplishment
- Improve Sales Speech Standardization
- Responsible for the development of content and adaptation of training communication materials, for commercial and marketing purposes, to the various stakeholders of the division.
- Adapt the regional material to our Peruvian market needs and customize our product message based on benefits.




- Responsible for the development of workshops, training activities, brand launching events for internal and external sales force, from planning, implementation and subsequent control and evaluation from the training side.
- BTL / POS Activations with internal and external sales force. Propose, coordinate every item needed for execution.
- Budget management
- Store check to verify training development and promoter level at POS, also in provinces.
- Develop, track and control training KPIs.
- Verify training development and promoter level, also in provinces.
- Prepare reports, presentations regarding training and competitor activities.
- Tracking and Management of e-learning platform for internal and external sales force.
- Market analysis of weak points of self-brand and competence to propose MKT activities as special trainings, workshops, BTL activities, re-engineering to modify working proces
