Description
- Act as SME for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Sales & Marketing applications
- Support Order-to-Cash processes including sales orders, pricing, billing, and customer master data
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solution recommendations
- Perform fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with business users, regional stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades,



and transformation initiatives
- Drive process improvements and application optimization efforts

Profile
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SD, O2C, or Sales Operations experience
- Strong hands-on SAP SD expertise
- Experience with sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer master data
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing integration with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance
- Experience in SAP application support, enhancements, testing, and solution delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting regional or global business users

Job Offer
