Responsibilities

1. Develop backend workflow and orchestration services using Golang and Temporal.

2. Design and implement workflows and activities for long-running HR business processes.

3. Translate business processes into reliable workflow states, activities, retries, and exceptionhandling.

4. Integrate Temporal workflows with .NET services, APIs, databases, and other platform components.

5. Implement workflow retry, timeout, compensation, failure recovery, and idempotency mechanisms.

6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow execution and performance.

7. Develop unit and integration tests for workflows and activities.

8. Collaborate with BA, Architects, Backend Developers, and QA on end-to-end processimplementation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,



orequivalent experience.

2. Min 2 years of backend development experience, with good proficiency in Golang.

3. Hands-on knowledge of Temporal.io or similar workflow/orchestration platforms is highlypreferable.

4. Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, andmicroservices.

5. Understanding of workflow concepts such as retries, timeout, state management,compensation, and idempotency.

6. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

7. Familiar with Docker, Git, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring practices.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business workflows.
