The team also generates business insights and proposes data-driven strategic plans to grow the business across both transport and deliveries.

We're looking for a Marketplace Assistant Manager (Mobility) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
You'll combine analytical rigor with business strategy to influence stakeholders and guide marketplace performance across the Indonesia mobility market. This is an exciting opportunity to affect our platform's growth, profitability, and customer experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will directly report to the Senior Manager. The role will be based onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage defined marketplace projects and workstreams to improve reliability and passenger experience across Indonesia's 2W and 4W mobility services.
- Monitor marketplace performance, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and other teams to identify potential causes and corrective actions.
- Combine data analysis with insights from passengers, driver-partners, and operating teams to develop a practical understanding of marketplace problems.
- Develop tactical recommendations and contribute to longer-term projects that improve availability, booking experience, service qu
