This is a senior individual-contributor position and does not include direct people-management responsibility. The role is essential in supporting the adoption and effective use of Cambridge English products and services across Indonesia. Working closely with Country Managers and regional commercial teams,



you will use your academic expertise to help schools and institutions select solutions aligned with their teaching objectives. Through high-quality professional learning and consultancy, you will build trusted relationships and support successful implementation and long-term engagement with Cambridge offerings.
About the role
As Professional Learning and Development Manager, you will design and deliver impactful professional learning experiences that show how Cambridge resources, assessments and services can be applied in real classroom settings. You will support customers before and after product adoption, assisting with implementation, effective use and sustained engagement. You will also provide academic credibility and insight to commercial colleagues while maintaining a strong operational focus on Indonesia.
