ASESORES DE CITAS ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE - SECTOR SALUD
FUNCIÓN:
- Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
- Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud.
- Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
- Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
- Resolver consultas y brindar información.

HORARIO:
LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA)
HORARIOS DISPONIBLES:
Full Time:
- 02:00 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.

REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia min. 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas- atención al cliente. ( Indispensable )
- Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
- Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel Básico. ( Indispensable )




- Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.

UBICACIÓN:
AV. ARENALES N.° 1302, JESÚS MARÍA (REF. A 2 CUADRAS DEL HOSPITAL REBAGLIATI).

SUELDO FIJO FULL TIME S/ 1300.
INGRESO A PLANILLA COMPLETA.
TODOS LOS INCENTIVOS DE LEY: CTS / VACACIONES / LIQUIDACIÓN / GRATIFICACIÓN (JULIO Y DICIEMBRE) / ASIGNACIÓN FAMILIAR COMPLETA / CONFIABLE DE ESSALUD.
PAGOS QUINCENALES Y FIN DE MES.
CONVENIOS CORPORATIVOS (DESCUENTOS O FACILIDADES DE PAGO EN CINE, INCENTIVOS, UNIVERSIDADES, CONCIERTOS, CIRCOS, LENTES, ETC.).
