The Project: The Programme Management Specialist will lead the detailed programme-management activities required for ADP’s pre-mobilisation readiness review. Working under the direction of the Líder de Servicio, the role will assess ADP’s current arrangements and develop the programme structures, governance, responsibilities, interfaces, plans, controls and management processes required to mobilise the first airport team.
The role will translate strategic and operational requirements into practical, controlled and coordinated mobilisation arrangements. It will integrate inputs from project controls, risk, commercial management,



stakeholder engagement, airport operations, logistics, permitting and other specialists into a single execution and mobilisation framework.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Identify gaps that could affect mobilisation, approvals, operational continuity, cost, programme, safety or delivery confidence.
- Distinguish between actions required before mobilisation, actions that may remain under active management and longer-term improvement opportunities.
- Define programme roles, responsibilities, interfaces and reporting arrangements between the Client, airport teams and supporting specialists.
- Support development of a scalable operating model with clear ownership and accountability across programme and project functions.
- Develop the Programme or Project Execution and Mobilisation Plan.
