In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service through attentive listening, and handling sensitive customer information carefully. You'll strive to resolve issues on the first contact proactively, stay knowledgeable about our client's products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.

Requisitos

- Working 40, 42 or 48 hours weekly.
