We are looking for highly skilled bilingual professionals to join our growing Legal Intake team, supporting U.S.-based law firms.

This role is idóneo for professionals with strong experience in customer service, inbound calls, client intake, sales, insurance, healthcare, or legal services who are confident communicating with U.S. clients entirely in English.

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will often be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal assistance. You must be able to communicate with confidence and empathy, ask the right questions, actively listen, accurately document information, and guide callers through the intake process established by the law firm.

What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level preferred).
- Exceptional spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong listening comprehension.
- Ability to conduct professional, unscripted conversations entirely in English.
- Previous experience communicating with U.S.-based customers or clients strongly preferred.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Inbound Sales, Client Intake, Insurance, Healthcare, Legal Services, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong active listening and probing skills — ability to ask relevant follow-up questions and gather complete information.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, especially when speaking with clients experiencing stressful or sensitive situations.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry/documentation skills.
- Ability to listen, communicate, take notes, and navigate a CRM simultaneously.
- Strong written English for professional notes and case documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
- Reliable, professional, coachable, and comfortable receiving performance feedback.
