About the Role

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a
Case Manager
to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position based in Peru, supporting our ABA operations.

The Case Manager will serve as an important connection between families, clinical teams, and internal departments. This role is responsible for helping ensure that client needs are appropriately communicated, services are coordinated, documentation is maintained, and follow-up is completed in a timely and professional manner.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and able to communicate effectively with families, BCBAs, RBTs, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between families, clinical staff, and internal BH Field departments.
- Monitor client and case-related needs and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Assist with scheduling, service coordination, documentation, and case updates.




- Maintain accurate and timely records in BH Field systems.
- Follow up with families and team members regarding pending items, documentation, appointments, and service needs.
- Communicate updates, concerns, and barriers to the appropriate team members.
- Support the intake and transition process for new clients as needed.
- Help monitor case progress and identify situations requiring additional support or escalation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, intake, credentialing, billing, and administrative teams.
- Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and BH Field privacy and compliance requirements.
- Participate in virtual meetings, team communication, and training activities.
- Support additional administrative and case-management responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in case management, behavioral health, healthcare, social services, client coordination, or a related field
