Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Isidro.



This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in cybersecurity, fintech, and security operations, focusing on enterprises, financial institutions, and public-sector organizations in Peru and Latin America. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with consulting and technical teams to align solutions with client needs, prepare proposals and business cases, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, representing SPG Latam at industry events locally & abroad, monitoring market trends and competitors, and contributing to go-to-market strategies and partnership development.
