As a SFSF EC Payroll Functional
Lead the functional evolution and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across multiple countries, contributing to the design, configuration and continuous improvement of payroll processes, integrations and applications. You will connect payroll, HR and Finance needs with scalable solutions, ensuring accuracy,
regulatory compliance and a seamless experience in a dynamic, multi-country retail environment.
You will also coordinate external AMS providers, including SAP, ensuring effective incident resolution, continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs while contributing to projects and enhancements that respond to the evolving needs of the business.
What will your day to day look like?
• Lead the configuration and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across multiple countries, including payroll schemas, wage types and infotypes.
• Participate actively in payroll processes, understanding business requirements and translating them into effective functional solutions.
• Ensure payroll configurations remain aligned with local tax, social security and labor requirements across supported countries.
• Support Employee Central Time Management configuration and its integration with Payroll.
