The responsibilities of this position primarily include assisting with the organization’s compliance program for the North America iGaming business vertical for our digital wallets and US acquiring business.

Key Accountabilities:




• Manage state gaming licenses and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Completing and filing license applications, renewals, change notices, other filing obligations.
• Organization of licensure and records for retention.
• Review and assess acceptability of legal opinions from iGaming operators seeking payment services.
• Assistance with end-to-end Policy and Program development, delivery and maintenance for gaming payment vertical (Policies, procedures, training, monitoring, assurance)
• Stay abreast of changes to provincial, state and federal iGaming regulations and third-party guidelines, conduct impact assessments and keep teams updated and educated on changes.
• Provide support related to gaming regulatory compliance for new or expanding gaming initiatives.
• Assist with the development of third-party due diligence programs for gaming partners and merchants, to include assisting with due diligence investigations.
