We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the management and control of accounting and financial records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information to facilitate strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with local and global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
What Your Day Looks Like
• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Support budget monitoring and financial control activities.
• Review and validate accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audit procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Provide ongoing support across finance-related activities as required.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting,
controlling, or related positions.
• Experience with: Financial reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Variance analysis, Revenue recognition, Profit & Loss management, Balance Sheet analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• B2+/C1 english skills (a must)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience in advertising agencies, media companies, or service-based organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
